WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS TO BOOK FOUR THE DREAM WEDDINGS?

First, you will be asked to fill in a short but sweet questionnaire to help us understand your weddings vision.

  1. Next, we will meet for a short 30 minute consultation to meet and greet then treat you with our special offers.

  2. During your consultation, you will meet your wedding coordinators. We believe strongly in meeting our couples to get a feel for each other and to give all of the information in an easy to digest format. We tell you a bit about us, learn a little about you then fully explain what you get, and what to expect from us. During our consultations we encourage questions so ask to your hearts content.

  3. Once the wedding day is over, we will invite you to your photo reveal which is essentially another great excuse for your family to get together and relive the magic. The design team takes over here, and helps you create beautiful books and printed artwork.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THEM?

It depends on the size of your wedding, but on average you will receive 350-500 colour and or black and white, retouched images in high resolution. We go through all of your images and remove duplicates, or any that do not fit the standard we live up to, quality over quantify. It will take approximately 6-8 weeks.

DO YOU CREATE WEDDING ALBUMS?

Most definitely! We believe strongly in giving our couples something to walk away with that will last for generations. Digitals are great, but they stay hidden in our phones or computers. A photo album, wall portrait, or matted prints are things your friends and family can see touch and feel inside. We want you to see our photos and relive those moments.

WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY PHOTOGRAPHER?

There are no what if’s, coulda’s or shoulda’s! However, in the unlikely event of emergency, one of our other talented, studio team photographers will fill in.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE WEDDING TEAM / WHO WILL BE SHOOTING OUR WEDDING?

This is the easy part.

  1. We have found that working with your wedding coordinator is the BEST way to choose the RIGHT Shooters for your event. This way you’re making an informed and non-biased decision vs. meeting one single shooter.

  2. Our Shoot coordinator will take into consideration the kind of day it will be and select the right team for the job.

  3. Each shooter has their own unique personality, but we all share the same vision and approach to weddings . So often the pairing is based on a personality fit.

  4. When you hire Four The Dream Weddings, you’re guaranteed the best team in the business. This approach has worked for us for the last 5 years. Our reviews speak for themselves!

ARE YOU ABLE TO SEND PRICES? WILL THEY INCLUDE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?

We are a product based wedding company, because there are so many different options, we encourage our couples to meet us for their consultations so that we can show them how our customized plans work and find the best option that works within their budget. Ok we can’t lie… we also really like meeting our couples :)

WE HAVE A DESTINATION - HOW DO YOU HANDLE TRAVEL?

There is a fixed rate package price (this rate includes the additional time incurred with the travel portion.) Travel expenses, flights, accommodations, meals, and transportation are in addition.

  1. We have made destination weddings easy to book at Four The Dream. Most destinations have fixed rate packages that include flexibility with hours specifically for destination weddings.

  2. Keep in mind when booking us for a destination wedding, we’re traveling for work. We take this very seriously, while we do enjoy some of the downtime, there are many moving parts in orchestrating an event like location scouting and file management.
